I'm Not Touching You
Well Eva does this to Morgan. It's kind of funny. She holds her hand up in front of Morgan's face and he yells "don't" slaps her hand away. Eva starts laughing and just does it all over again. The whole time she's never actually touched him.
Another thing they've started doing is yelling at each other. Morgan we'll say "No it's mine" followed by Eva grabbing said item and yelling "NO" they'll go backandforth like that for one or two minutes before they both just burst out laughing.
These two seriously are out of control.
Surgery
Neither of our Moms is going to make it....so Jake is going to work from the Hospital, and Morgan will be playing with his Ipod touch.
I'm so nervous about the whole thing because, Eva is so little she has an extremely high chance of having her throat close off. All in all I just want to know what's going on. To finally have an answer, whatever it is will be so wonderful. It's so much worse not knowing.
All Grown Up
Her conversations now consists of "ball," "Go," "NO," "Mo(morgan)"Ta-Da" and she also does this little attitude swagger with her head. I'll say to her,"Tell your Daddy" and she bobs her head back and forth (ie mmmmhhhmnnn) I'll post a video later if I ever catch her. The second you get the camera out she won't perform.
Her "Ta-Da" is Hilarious as well. That I know I can catch, because she gets so into it she doesn't even know your filming her.
Can we say Independent?!?!?!?!
Holy Cow she doesn't like with ANYTHING! If you pick her up. . .screaming and kicking. . . You tell her she can't do something. . . SCREAMING AND KICKING. . . then she BITES the closest person to her. Not just "ow she just bit me" NO we're talking the skin breaks and you bleed. She takes after her momma in that aspect. I was a huge Bitter.
My Baby Face is gone.....
The baby face is all gone. Just like Morgan she went to bed one night, and woke up looking like a toddler. She really is BEAUTIFUL. She is adorable on Sundays, she'll tilt her head to one side and give you this coy little smile. I don't know how we lucked out with suck cute kids.
Only two more months and both kiddos will be in Nursery. Can you believe it?!?! I can't! I think maybe part of my disbelief stems from the fact that when Morgan started Nursery I was a few months shy of having Eva. So, for the first time ever I'm not pregnant in the group of pregnant women. You know what I mean Right?!?! There's Always groups of pregnant people.
Also, we have friends and family that I seem to always be pregnant and due at the same time or shortly after, and everyone in the family and my friends have all just had babies. While two more have announced they are pregnant. Last but not least. I have now been NOT PREGNANT the longest amount of time since we have been married.
Funny, I know.

O Holy Sickness......
Now Eva has the most disgusting nose I have ever seen, thank goodness for vicks! seriously we bought this tiny little vapors fan that blows cherry menthol on Eva while she sleeps and it does wonders. She doesn't cough all night and she doesn't wake up all nasty crusty nose either.
I love the snow and winter, but as of late with all this dorky on again off again relationship we have been having with the cold front, warm front, highs and low pressures I could absolutely scream.
It needs to be spring. I'm ready for trips to the baseball field, Frisbee, ice cream shops and late night visits to the dollar theater.

"Momma, I Tink"
Alright, so I don't know if it's just my kid or any of you have experienced this stage, but Morgan is totally into giving his opinion. However it's never when he should give an opinion. For instance the other night Jake warms up some frozen mixed vegetables for Miss Eva to eat. Don't worry we don't actually eat those, they are purely for Eva to snack on. Anyway, Morgan sees the green beans in the mix and says, so mater of factly, " Momma, I tink it's gross."
At this point I'm laughing hysterically, and so I say, " Really Morgan" Followed by Morgan,"Yes.......yes....... I tink it's gross Momma!"
With long pauses and head nodding. So now Morgan just walks around the house saying "I tink" about absolutely everything.
Our exciting news is not that I am pregnant but that I have now been not pregnant for the longest time since we have been married. Funny huh?!?!?! Also, Morgan so graciously taught his sister to raise her hands high in the air and say "Ta-Da" It's so cute.
Morgan is quickly moving past the train stage and tumbling head first into GI-JOES, yes they still make them. This week Morgan has added a GI-JOE helicopter to his Rambo collection. He is all boy that's for sure.
Speaking of pure happiness, the days are starting to get long and warm. In anticipation of spring Morgan has a new Green Kickball.
After church on Sunday, the kids played for hours on the patio with their chalk, trucks and folding chairs. The bummer is we are expecting a snow storm by the end of the week. Hopefully that comes and goes quickly.
